Information Needed to Ensure Prompt & Proper Service

  • Please provide our customer agent with your exact house or building number and street name along with apartment number or buzzer code.
  • If there are parking restrictions at your location, please be at curbside or ask for a “call-out” so we can ensure we do not miss you.
  • If calling between 2pm and 6pm please provide call taker with your location and destination. This will help us service you most efficiently during the rush hour.
  • If you have ordered a taxi and no longer need it please call us back and cancel your taxi. This will help us and we won’t disturb you unnecessarily.
  • If your taxi has not arrived within 20 minutes,  please call us back, informing the customer agent this is a call back so we can track your order and update you.
